Welcome to the West Coast Cement Conference Website

The West Coast Committee is pleased to announce that the 2021 West Coast Cement Conference will be held October 21-22, 2021 at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Victorville, CA.

For those of you not familiar with the West Coast Cement Conference, it is a bi-annual conference that targets plant level personnel.  To help minimize the time away from the plant, the conference is held over 1 ½ days and includes a half-day workshop, technical paper presentations, a vendor sponsored reception, and a cement plant tour.

In order to register for the conference, please click here.

For hotel reservations, please contact the Hilton Garden Inn at 760-952-1200.  Please request the “Mitsubishi Cement Rate” in order to obtain the special $121 per night rate reserved for the West Coast Cement Conference attendees.  Any questions regarding location and amenities of the hotel can be found at www.hilton.com/en/hotels/vcvgigi-hilton-garden-inn-victorville/.

We’ll be continuing to update this website with information for hotel reservations and access to other pertinent information (like the conference program, technical paper abstracts, etc.).

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me or any of the other committee members.

We are looking forward to seeing you there.

COVID Health & Safety

There is nothing more important to us than the well-being of our attendees and guests and we are working diligently to provide a heightened level of safety and comfort at our upcoming event in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The West Coast Committee recommends all event participants abide by any federal/state/local government parameters in place at the time of the event. We will share that information with attendees as we draw closer to the event to ensure ample time for compliance.

Our expectation is that we will all practice protocols that reflect this “duty of respect and care” for ourselves and our fellow attendees and guests throughout the event. Of course, we will continue to actively monitor local, state, and federal guidelines and we may further adjust our well-being protocols if local conditions change as we get closer to the event.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility and support of our well-being protocols, and we look forward to seeing you in Victorville!
